Formed in Australia in 1981, Hoodoo Gurus were a rock/new-wave group that stood out as one of Sydney’s best Detroit-inspired bands. From 1960s power pop and garage punk to hard rock and funky psychedelia, their music continues to bring something different and refreshing to new listener’s ears. 

“Kinky” is the groups fifth studio album originally released in 1991,  containing many fan favourite songs such as “1000 Miles Away,” and “Miss Freelove ’69.” This album is one of the groups most inspiring piece of work, and will forever be remembered as a Australian classic.
