Nick Ward’s House With The Blue Door is the debut album from the artist, written and produced just before his 22nd birthday. Inspired by an exhibition of Hilma Af Klint’s “The Ten Largest” paintings, the album delves into themes of childhood, family, and the lingering impact of past emotions. 

Ward explores how trauma and memory shape his identity, blending sunny reflections of youth with the turbulence of growing up. Collaborating with friends and producers like Gab Strum, Golden Vessel, and Len20, the album features a diverse sonic palette. Mixed by Joe Visciano, it encapsulates a deeply personal yet relatable journey.
