Released in 1983, Shout at the Devil is Motley Crue’s second studio album. It was the band’s breakthrough album, establishing Motley Crue as one of the top-selling heavy metal acts of the 1980s. 

Featuring hit Motley Crue tunes such as Looks That Kill, Too Young to Fall in Love and the album’s title track Shout at the Devil. The album also features a cover of The Beatles’ song Helter Skelter. The album as a whole follows a linear heavy metal composition, yet with pop-orientated hooks and lyrics, small glimmers of the growing Glam Metal genre can be heard throughout the album 33-minute duration.
